Principle & Launch

A genetic algorithm explores millions of equipment combinations and converges to the optimal build in a few dozen seconds.

Two optimization modes

In Stats mode, the solver first seeks to satisfy all conditions, then maximizes stats using a weighted sum where each stat value directly influences maximization. If your primary goal is damage, Damage mode is perfect for you: no need to ponder individual stat weights. The solver first satisfies your conditions, then maximizes total spell damage.

Real-time progress

Launch the search and track score evolution generation after generation. Let it run for at least 150 generations; waiting for a flat plateau ensures you've found the best gear. A score of 0 means all conditions are satisfied. A negative score is simply the weighted sum of stats still missing to meet your conditions.

Results

When stopping the solver, you don't just get the single best build found, but the Top 10 builds found by the algorithm. These often include trophy/Dofus variations, or even alternate weapons and sets you might prefer. You can also view score/damage differentials compared to the best build.

The Character

Define your character's baseline and lock the equipment you wish to enforce in your build.

Class and Level (1 to 200)

Your class determines available spells. The level automatically adapts spell ranks and filters accessible equipment.

Lock or remove an item

Left-clicking an item locks (or unlocks) it so the solver preserves it. Right-clicking clears the slot. For instance, if you want to play with an AP+MP Gelano, lock it and let the solver find the rest. If the solver picks an item you don't want, you can ban it via its tooltip or by CTRL+left-clicking it.

Scrolls and Characteristics

Toggle the "Scroll 100" button in one click or manually adjust your scrolls and characteristic points (points are dynamically optimized by the solver).

Set bonuses and validity

Scroll down to inspect equipped set summaries. The equipment panel alerts you to build legality (e.g. Dofus 3.7 trophy set restrictions), which is normal before launching the solver.

Conditions

Click any stat in the statistics panel to add it as a required condition.

Target

The absolute priority minimum value to achieve (e.g. 12 AP, 6 MP, 4000 Vitality).

Weight

The relative importance assigned to the stat, essential for shaping maximization behavior in Stats mode.

Max (Smart Truncation vs Absolute Max)

Click the "Max" badge to choose its behavior: Smart Truncation ignores values beyond the cap without invalidating the build, whereas Absolute Max strictly forbids exceeding it (useful for Initiative turn order or % Critical Hit caps).

Visual indicators

Conditions turn green when satisfied and red otherwise. Secondary stats contributing to your goals or damage are highlighted in cyan (e.g. Agility boosting Lock and Dodge).

Spells & Weapon

Build your combat turn: the solver faithfully simulates the chronological order of your casts to maximize your combo's total damage.

Spell order and mechanics

The order of cards in your deck is respected: the solver models triggered poisons, escalating/incremental damage spells, traps, glyphs and spell combos.

States and per-spell settings

Configure caster or target states (Masqueraider Masks, Pandawa Drunk/Sober, etc.) and tune each card: cast count, Melee/Ranged, and Critical Hit toggle.

Weapon and best weapon search

Add your weapon directly to the deck. If no weapon is locked in your inventory, the solver automatically searches for the highest damage weapon matching your criteria (AP budget, weapon skill, distance, total damage or damage per AP).

Custom spell

The "Custom spell" button in the spell selection window lets you design a 100% tailor-made attack: AP cost, range (Melee/Ranged), cast count, and critical hit rate. You can configure each damage line in the element of your choice (Earth, Fire, Water, Air, Neutral, Best Element, or Pushback) as well as its normal and critical damage ranges (min/max).

Damage breakdown and AP budget

Inspect normal and critical damage ranges for each attack, as well as total combo damage and total AP cost of your turn.

Pushback damage

By default, pushback damage calculation is disabled. If you want to include this damage in the optimization, remember to enable the "Pushback damage" option in the Solver Options panel (this option only appears when you are in Damage mode).

Boosts & Target

Replicate real combat conditions by adding your boost spells and configuring your opponent's defenses.

Boost spells

Activate class boost spells or ally buffs in one click (Power, Flat Damage, etc.). You can also add custom buffs (e.g. +100 Power, +50 Damage, +200 Vitality). These buffs apply strictly to combat damage calculation and do not fulfill equipment stat requirements.

Enemy target profile

Optimize against a 0% Poutch, a 35% PvP profile, or a custom Boss with specific elemental resistances (% and flat), melee/ranged/crit reductions, and total HP to see how many turns are needed to defeat it. Save favorite profiles for quick reuse.

Forgemagick & Exos

Incorporate forgemagick into solver computations or customize individual equipment forgemagick manually.

Automatic forgemagick

The solver optimally computes forgemagick on every explored item. It can restrict to transcendence runes, or simulate common FM using optimized runes (+3% res, +2% dmg, etc.). You can also forbid % dmg maging.

AP / MP / Range Exos

Allow AP, MP and Range exos, set the maximum exo count on the build, and restrict them to rings only if desired.

Manual FM per equipment

Click the FM button below the character to add custom forgemagick lines, lock your FM, or forbid any forgemagick on that item.

Weapon element potion

During weapon search, the solver automatically applies the best element conversion potion. If you lock a weapon, you can manually fix your preferred element.

Combat Passives

The solver accounts for combat passives to accurately evaluate the real contribution of each Dofus, legendary item or pet.

Dofus

Dynamic combat bonus integration for Dofus (Turquoise, Crimson, Cloudy, Vulbis, Abyssal, Ochre, Spotted, Sylvan...).

Legendary Equipment

Accounts for legendary item passives (Oto Mustam's Ardor, Lady Jhessica's Courage, etc.).

Search, sort and filters

Type an item or set name and sort results by level, alphabetical order, type, or weapon damage (arrows button). Filter items possessing your desired stats (target button), or display only legendary items (crown button).

Direct comparison

Activate the balance-shaped comparison button to display an exact hover breakdown of stat gains and losses compared to your currently equipped item.

Blacklist

The blacklist tab shows all items you have excluded. Restore them to the active catalog in a single click.

Item type filters

Exclude entire equipment families from the "Type Filters" panel (e.g. exclude Rhineetles, legendary items, or enforce a specific weapon category like bows).

My Builds, History & Comparator

Preserve your best creations, automatically retrieve the history of all your searches and compare your builds in full detail.

One-click save

Click the diskette icon above your character to name and save your full build (equipment, stats and solver configuration).
